Our Story
Uplevel Skill was born from a simple observation: finding summer research opportunities shouldn't be this hard.
Every year, thousands of motivated high school students want to gain research experience, but the process is overwhelming. Students send 150+ cold emails to professors, spending countless hours researching faculty, crafting personalized emails, and tracking responses across dozens of schools.
We built Uplevel Skill to solve this problem. Our platform combines powerful search technology, comprehensive professor databases, and AI-assisted email composition to make the research opportunity search process efficient, organized, and ultimately successful.
