Gmail Access and Email Sending

This application requests permission to send emails on your behalf. This is used only to contact professors or mentors that you choose to email through the platform. We do not access your private emails or store your Gmail password. You may revoke this permission at any time through your Google account settings.

  • Parents or guardians who wish to be copied on outreach emails should request this directly from their student

Parent/Guardian Consent for Email Sending

By allowing a student to use this platform, a parent or legal guardian consents to the platform sending emails on behalf of the student using their connected Gmail account for academic outreach purposes. Parents and guardians should understand that:

  • The platform cannot access private inbox messages
  • The platform will only send emails the student chooses to send
  • This consent may be revoked at any time by contacting support or instructing the student to remove Gmail access through their Google account settings

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "effective date" at the top of this Privacy Policy.
